GEMMA

I am a Grade 8 singing and piano teacher from Cardiff and also teach music theory up to grade 5. I was classically trained with the ABRSM Music Board and went on to achieve a BA Honours Degree in Popular Music in the University of South Wales. I have spent the last three years performing as a piano bar entertainer on various cruise ships around the world and teach musical theatre on weekends at a drama school.
I am a very supportive, encouraging and friendly tutor. I'm very approachable and relaxed and want to ensure you get the most fun out of the lessons.

  • Grade 8 singing certified and Grade 7 piano certified

  • 10 years of singing and piano teaching experiences with children

  • Teaching asisstant: taught children on the autistic spectrum and with special education needs

  • Music teacher (Ascendance theatre Arts, Camp America…etc.)

  • Regularly perform at weddings, pubs, open mics and other functions
